Standard Fees 2018
Additional charges may apply for long consults, procedures, and account collection. 2.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Payments are to be made on the day, a $3 statement fee will apply to all overdue accounts.
Outstanding accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency which will incur additional costs to the patient.
